Al Owais and Al Qaseer went on a tour of the exhibition, which shows the beauty of Arabic calligraphy from a new point of view and shows how light interferes with Arabic letters.
As part of a competition held by the Union of Arab Photographers, five Arab photographers were chosen, and their work was given special consideration. The winning pieces were chosen because they fit with the theme of "Evolution" for the Sharjah Calligraphy Forum.
The awardees were recognised by Al Owais and Al Qaseer, who presented them with certificates of achievement.
