Diverse sectors and cultural platforms
The calendar covers key sectors including manufacturing, education, smart mobility, trade, and gold and jewellery. Cultural and social festivals will also take place across the Centre’s main venue in Sharjah and its affiliate centres in Khorfakkan and Al Dhaid, attracting over three million visitors annually.
Key early 2026 events
Expo Sharjah will kick off with SteelFab 2026 from 12th to 15th January, showcasing advanced metalworking and steel fabrication technologies. The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES) will follow from 21st to 24th January, while the Jewels of Emirates Show runs from 28th January to 1st February. The Ramadan Nights exhibition is scheduled for 6th to 22nd March, offering entertainment, cultural activities, and competitions.
Gold, jewellery, and cultural highlights
The 57th Watch and Jewellery Middle East Show will take place from 8th to 12th April, followed by the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival from 22nd April to 3rd May, and the Come On Kerala exhibition from 8th to 10th May. The Eid Al Adha Exhibition will run from 16th to 27th May, providing a retail platform with special offers across multiple product categories.
Flagship and sector-specific events
New flagship events in H1 2026 include the Regional Data and Community Development Forum from 18th to 21st May and Aatmanirbhar Bharat from 10th to 12th June. Regular annual events such as ExpoCulinaire, Hive Furniture Show, and the UAE China Tyre & Auto Parts Expo will also take place, alongside the Super Sale and Summer Sale (Back to School) exhibitions.
Q4 2026 agenda
Expo Sharjah will host the International Government Communication Forum on 9th and 10th September, the 58th Watch & Jewellery Middle East Show from 30th September to 4th October, and the Emirates Perfumes and Oud Exhibition from 9th to 18th October. The International Education Show will take place from 11th to 13th October, alongside the second Middle East Cosmetics Show.
November and December highlights
The Sharjah International Book Fair is scheduled for 4th to 15th November, followed by the Evolve Future Mobility Show from 25th to 28th November. The Big Shopper Sale runs from 26th November to 6th December, and the Winter Clearance Sales from 17th to 27th December.
Expo Al Dhaid and Expo Khorfakkan programmes
Expo Al Dhaid will host exhibitions such as the Al Dhaid Agricultural Exhibition, Electronics Exhibition, and Al Dhaid Date Festival, alongside equestrian, camping, and retail events. Expo Khorfakkan’s calendar includes the Ramadan and Eid Exhibition, Khorfakkan Book Fair, Khorfakkan Innovates, Mango Festival, Perfume Exhibition, Eastern Region Bride Exhibition, and Khorfakkan Winter Exhibition.

Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of Expo Centre Sharjah, emphasised that the 2026 calendar strengthens Sharjah’s position as a regional and global destination for major exhibitions and conferences. CEO Saif Mohammed Al Midfa highlighted the data-driven strategic approach of curating sector-specific events that foster innovation, corporate competitiveness, and cross-sector growth.
