Sharjah Ruler appoints Saeed AlNaqbi Courts of Appeal President

Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri decree appointing the President of the Sharjah Courts of Appeal.

The decree stipulates that Judge Dr Saeed Ali Bahbouh Al Naqbi is appointed President of the Courts of Appeal, under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre, effective January 1, 2026.
