Sharjah 24 – WAM: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued Federal Decree No. 11 of 2026 appointing His Excellency Dr Mugheer Khamis Al Khaili as Secretary-General of Erth Zayed Philanthropies.

The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be published in the official gazette.
