Sharjah 24: Sheikh Khaled bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ports, Customs, and Free Zone Authority, officially inaugurated the seventh edition of Jewels of Emirates 2026 today at the Expo Centre Sharjah, supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The exhibition features more than 180 jewellery makers and more than 500 local and international brands.
 

Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi, Commercial Director of Expo Centre Sharjah, emphasised the centre’s commitment to developing the exhibition each year and diversifying the collections on display. The event offers visitors and traders a creative platform to explore the latest trends and innovations in jewellery.
 
Al Shamsi also highlighted the strong participation of Emirati exhibitors. A dedicated "Emirati Jewellers" platform, organised in partnership with the Chamber, supports small and medium-sized enterprises in the jewellery sector. Meanwhile, the “Sharjah Pearls” platform showcases the UAE and Sharjah’s historic role in the pearl trade.
 
The exhibition features a mix of modern and traditional jewellery, bringing together artisans, dealers, and companies from all across the UAE and beyond. It additionally demonstrates Sharjah's rich cultural and commercial history. Importance in the industry.
