Sharjah 24 – Reuters: The messaging app Telegram has rejected accusations from the Russian government suggesting that foreign intelligence agencies can access messages sent by Russian soldiers.

Telegram confirmed that it found no breaches of its end-to-end encryption and emphasized the security of communications on its platform.
