The humanitarian air bridge was launched under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, to deliver urgent relief aid to the Gaza Strip during the holy month of Ramadan. The initiative forms part of Operation Chivalrous Knight 3, aimed at supporting the brotherly Palestinian people and easing their suffering amid the current circumstances.
The delegation included Mohammed Al Marri, Head of the Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 Committee, along with other members.
During the meeting, attended by Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, H.H. the Crown Prince received Ramadan greetings from the delegation and was briefed on the operational plans for the air bridge. He was also updated on the schedule of relief shipments to ensure their rapid and efficient delivery to those affected in Gaza.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman affirmed that the launch of the “Humaid Air Bridge,” under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, reflects the UAE’s deeply rooted culture of generosity and its steadfast humanitarian commitment to the people of Gaza, particularly during these blessed days.
He emphasized that the initiative is not merely a relief operation, but a message of solidarity that carries hope and goodwill. It embodies the humanitarian legacy established by the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, a path that continues under the wise leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Members of the Operation Chivalrous Knight 3 delegation highlighted that the directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, along with the close follow-up by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, demonstrate the UAE’s long-standing humanitarian approach and ensure the prompt delivery of assistance to those in need.
