Located on East Boulevard in Aljada’s Naseej District, the development brings together residential, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle offerings in a single destination.
The project comprises 255 branded residences, 149 serviced apartments, and the upcoming 175-room Vida Aljada Sharjah hotel, operated by Emaar Hospitality Group.
With the delivery of 579 units, more than 8,800 homes have now been completed at the AED35 billion Aljada megaproject.
Vida Residences Aljada offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom penthouses, all with modern interiors and seamless transitions between private and communal spaces.
Residents benefit from a wide range of amenities, including fitness and wellness facilities, swimming pools, and social spaces, as well as smart home features for added convenience.
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said the handover reflects Arada’s commitment to delivering 4,000 homes and key infrastructure across its communities this year.
He noted that the development represents the most premium homes delivered to date within Aljada, adding that the units have already delivered significant capital appreciation for buyers.
He also highlighted the strategic partnership with Emaar Hospitality Group for operating the hotel and managing serviced apartments and concierge services.
The development will host a range of high-end dining outlets, cafés, studios, and boutiques, complementing more than 100 existing retail and dining experiences along East Boulevard.
Residents will also have access to 24/7 concierge services, housekeeping, maintenance, and additional lifestyle services such as valet parking, babysitting, and personal training.
Aljada is strategically located near University City, Sharjah International Airport, and the future Etihad Rail station. It spans 24 million square feet and features more than 25,000 homes.
The community includes extensive sports, wellness, education, and hospitality facilities, as well as 2.7 million square feet of green space, and is already home to about 20,000 residents.
