Sharjah24: As part of his commitment to following up on the progress of work and to developing the sports system, Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Humaid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, accompanied by His Excellency Mohammed Obaid Al Hosan Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Sports Council, paid an official visit to Al Bataeh Club as part of the Council’s field visits to clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah, with the aim of reviewing the executive plans and enhancing coordination and integration among various sports institutions.

His Highness and the accompanying delegation were received by His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Bataeh Club, along with members of the Boards of Directors of Al Bataeh Cultural Sports Club and Al Bataeh Football Club, who welcomed the visit, reflecting the Sharjah Sports Council's interest in supporting clubs and upgrading the sports work system.

The visit included a review of the club's work plans and executive programmes, a discussion of the most prominent challenges and obstacles, and proposals to improve performance and enhance work efficiency, all of which contribute to achieving strategic goals and optimising the use of available capabilities.

At the end of the visit, His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah bin Halis Al Ketbi, on behalf of the members of the Board of Directors and the club's employees, expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council and His Excellency the Secretary General for this kind visit and their continued interest. He emphasised that such visits strengthen cooperation, support the development process, and, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership, elevate sports in the Emirate of Sharjah towards wider horizons of excellence and success.
