Sharjah 24: The Ministry of Defence detected four cruise missiles launched from Iran towards the country. Three missiles were successfully intercepted over the nation's territorial waters, while the fourth fell into the sea.

The Ministry confirmed that the sounds heard across the country were the result of the successful interception of the aerial threats.
