Sharjah Ruler directs establishment of 8 shops in Friday Market

Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, announced establishing eight new shops in the Friday Market in Mleiha. His Highness instructed that construction begin immediately and be completed as soon as possible for local vendors of traditional foods, bringing the total number of shops in the market to 24.

The announcement was made by Engineer Ali bin Shaheen Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Sharjah Department of Public Works, on the "Direct Line" program aired on Sharjah Radio and Television.
