Sharjah 24 – WAM: The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has forecast generally stable weather conditions across the UAE from Sunday until 14 May, with fair to partly cloudy skies, periods of active winds, and occasional blowing dust. Morning humidity is also expected, with a chance of light fog over some coastal areas during midweek.

Sunday conditions

Sunday will be generally fair and sometimes dusty, with light to moderate northwesterly winds becoming strong at times, reaching up to 40 km/h and causing blowing dust and sand. Sea conditions will be rough in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Sea of Oman.

Monday weather outlook

Fair conditions will continue on Monday with light to moderate northwesterly to southwesterly winds that may strengthen at times. The Arabian Gulf will be rough in the morning before gradually easing, while the Sea of Oman remains slight.

Midweek humidity and fog

On Tuesday, humid conditions are expected in the morning with a chance of light fog in northern coastal areas, followed by generally fair and partly cloudy weather. Winds will remain light to moderate, and seas will stay slight.

Wednesday and Thursday outlook

Humidity will return on Wednesday morning with possible fog or light fog in coastal areas, especially in the north, followed by fair to partly cloudy conditions. Thursday will see similar weather, with occasional active winds causing blowing dust and generally slight to moderate sea conditions.
