The club’s outstanding results saw the youth and men’s categories secure second place with merit following high-level performances in the kata competitions, earning a total of 10 silver medals.
Meanwhile, the club’s rising talents in the junior category displayed promising levels and delivered strong performances, enabling them to secure third place and add five bronze medals to the club’s tally.
Commenting on the achievement, His Excellency Salem Mohammed Bin Huwaiden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Dhaid Sports Club, expressed his pride in the distinguished level shown by the club’s players during the championship, affirming that this success and new achievement for the karate family at Al Dhaid Club is the result of dedicated work and continuous planning by the technical and administrative teams, as well as the determination and resolve of the players, who continue to prove their worthiness to represent the club in the best possible manner.
He added that the Board of Directors places strong support for individual sports and the nurturing of promising talents at the top of its priorities, in line with the vision of the wise leadership to build a sporting generation capable of competing and winning titles.
