Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Scout Commission commemorated UAE Flag Day this morning in a patriotic atmosphere infused with pride and a strong sense of belonging. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, started the event at the Commission's headquarters, which included a special scouting ceremony to commemorate the national anniversary.
Major General Abdullah Saeed Al Suwaidi, Vice Chairman of the Commission's Board of Directors and General Supervisor of Scouting Activities, supervised the flag-raising ceremony, which was attended by senior Commission officials, scout troop commanders, and many members.
Participants expressed their satisfaction in this national occasion, which exemplifies the ideals of loyalty and unity under the wise leadership of the President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE. They stated that the UAE flag will always be a symbol of pride, dignity, and sovereignty, inspiring future generations to continue the country's progress and achievement.
