The programme combines theoretical sessions in the mornings with practical applications in the evenings, ensuring a comprehensive learning environment that fosters a deep understanding of the subject matter and allows participants to apply their acquired skills in real-world situations.
The series kicked off with a specialised lecture titled “The Philosophy of Training,” presented by Dr Attia El Sayed, the technical supervisor for youth development. The lecture was well-attended by coaches and administrators who actively engaged with the presented ideas and benefited from practical experiences that formed a central focus of the discussion.
The series continues with a number of specialised lectures addressing fundamental issues in developing both technical and administrative work. These lectures cover the future vision for developing the youth sector, talent identification mechanisms, methods for preparing technical reports, and intensive sessions on sports nutrition, injury prevention, the psychological aspects of dealing with players, leadership and communication skills for administrative staff, training season planning, and other advanced topics that contribute to building a comprehensive sports system.
In the evenings, participants move to the practical side through workshops and field applications on the field and in the gym. During these sessions, coaches are trained on modern methods for designing and implementing training units tailored to the needs of different age groups. Practical applications also focus on improving performance quality and enhancing the physical and technical abilities of players.
The programme also included honouring a number of coaches who made outstanding efforts and achieved positive results recently, a step that reflects the club's appreciation for their work and strengthens the spirit of motivation and belonging among the technical and administrative staff. This recognition comes as part of the club's approach to supporting talent and investing in expertise, which positively impacts the development of the football sector.
Dibba Al Hisn Club affirms that organising this series of lectures reflects its ongoing commitment to building a strong professional system, enhancing the output of the youth sector, and preparing a promising generation of players, coaches, and administrators capable of continuing the path of success and supporting the club's presence at a more competitive level in various tournaments and sporting events.
