Wide participation from 23 countries
The UAE Judo Federation confirmed that the tournament, organised in cooperation with Sharjah Sports Council and Kalba Sports Club, featured 260 male and female athletes across various age groups, representing 23 countries.
Top teams and medal tally
The Uzbek team claimed second place with five medals, including four golds and one silver, while the Indian team finished third with four medals: one gold, two silvers, and one bronze.
Club achievements in individual categories
Kalba Sports Club won ten gold medals in individual competitions in the light and middleweight categories. Sharjah Sports Club topped the under-60 kg category, while Fujairah Martial Arts Club led the heavyweight divisions, claiming gold in the under-90 kg and over-100 kg categories.

The winners were crowned by Mohammed Jassim, Assistant Secretary of the UAE Judo Federation; Rashid Saeed Al Kindi, Chairman of Kalba Club’s Board of Directors; Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al Darmaki, Secretary-General of the Club; Jassim Mohammed Al Shehhi, Director of Team Sports; and Abdullah Ali Al Baloushi, Director of Individual Sports.
