Arada unveils Inaura Downtown, a fitness-led living landmark

Sharjah24: Arada has introduced Inaura, a fitness-led hospitality and branded residences concept, with its debut development, Inaura Downtown, launching sales later this month. Valued at AED 1.7 billion, the project is located on a permanent Burj Khalifa view corridor at the edge of Downtown Dubai, offering direct access to key city destinations.

Designed by MVRDV, the 42-storey, 200-metre tower is defined by a striking central orb that houses a social and dining space with panoramic views of Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai Mall. The building’s design embodies the concept of kinetic wellness, transitioning from vibrant, city-facing spaces at ground level to calmer residential environments above.

Residences, hotel and amenities

Inaura Downtown comprises a luxury hotel across the lower ten floors and 114 branded residences, including a triple-storey Sky Penthouse, duplex Sky Villas and one- to four-bedroom apartments. Residents and guests will have access to an extensive fitness and wellness ecosystem, featuring a multi-level Formative gym, a medical clinic, spa facilities, co-working spaces and curated dining venues.
