Wellfit opens flagship Mirdif club at world’s largest sports mall

Sharjah24: Wellfit, part of Formative – the UAE’s largest fitness collective – has officially opened its fifth flagship club at Sport Society in Dubai’s Mirdif district, the world’s biggest sports mall. Covering 47,000 square feet, comparable to the size of a football pitch, the new Wellfit Sport Society centre combines advanced training zones, expert coaching, and comprehensive wellness services in a single premium destination.

The new club boasts 48 cardio machines, 40 strength machines, 16 HIIT and power cardio machines, and six Olympic lifting platforms. It also offers five specialised studios dedicated to HIIT, cycling, MMA, yoga, and functional fitness, providing over 200 classes each week. As an official HYROX-affiliated club, members benefit from certified coaches, specialised training programmes, and exclusive HYROX preparation support.

Integrated wellness and member experience

Wellfit Sport Society focuses heavily on wellness and recovery, featuring salt wall saunas, five cold plunges, a mobility zone, and dedicated stretching areas. Members can also enhance their fitness journey with healthy dining options at the onsite restaurant Hungry Wolves.

Strengthening Wellfit’s UAE footprint

Brandon Rowberry, CEO of Arada’s Fitness, Wellness and Medical division, stated that the launch demonstrates Wellfit’s dedication to encouraging active lifestyles across the UAE. The new club expands Wellfit’s flagship network to five mega-clubs serving more than 18,000 members across JVC, Meydan, Aljada (Sharjah), Dubai Marina, and now Mirdif.
