Light Village shines at Sharjah Light Festival

Sharjah24: As part of the 15th Sharjah Light Festival, the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) is organising the accompanying “Light Village,” which is attracting visitors to its location opposite University City Hall. The venue offers a complete experience running until 22 February 2026, featuring culinary arts, interactive activities and family entertainment.

More than 60 dining options

The space opposite University City Hall has been transformed into a vibrant destination with Light Village, bringing together a wide range of food, entertainment and shopping experiences. The village features more than 60 restaurants serving diverse dishes, from traditional and heritage recipes to international flavours and modern fusion cuisine, along with speciality cafés catering to all tastes, making it an ideal spot for families and friends.

Interactive activities and retail experiences

The village also includes a dedicated games and entertainment zone, children's workshops, roaming performances and interactive light-inspired experiences. In addition, a lively bazaar showcases unique products and retail outlets, enhancing the visitor experience and turning the venue into a space for discovery, celebration and creativity.

Opening hours

Light Village is open from Sunday to Wednesday, 5:00 pm to midnight, and from Thursday to Saturday until 1:00 am. During the Holy Month of Ramadan, visiting hours will run from 8:30 pm to 2:30 am.
