Strong performance despite regional developments
Recent regional developments have not materially impacted ADNOC L&S’ global operations, with the company remaining financially strong and fully operational. It continues to monitor the situation closely while ensuring the safety of its workforce and business continuity.
Record financial results in 2025
ADNOC L&S reported record results in 2025, with revenue rising 41% to over $5.02 billion, EBITDA up 32%, and net profit increasing 14% to $863 million. The strong performance was driven by market demand, operational efficiency, and expansion across key segments.
Strategic growth and Navig8 acquisition
A major milestone was the $999 million acquisition of an 80% stake in Navig8, which expanded the company’s global presence to 19 cities and strengthened its logistics capabilities. The move enhanced revenue streams and improved access to global energy and commodities markets.
Expansion of fleet and partnerships
The company continued to grow its fleet, including new LNG carriers and Very Large Ethane Carriers, supporting long-term contracted revenue. ADNOC L&S also secured major agreements, including a 50-year partnership with TA’ZIZ and a 15-year deal with Borouge, further strengthening its revenue base.
Focus on innovation and efficiency
Digital transformation remains central to ADNOC L&S’ strategy, with AI and advanced technologies improving operational efficiency and service delivery. Initiatives such as Smart Port Solutions have significantly reduced turnaround times and enhanced logistics performance.
Leadership outlook
Chairman Dr Sultan Al Jaber emphasized that strong financial discipline enables sustainable growth and consistent shareholder returns, while CEO Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi highlighted the company’s resilience, driven by innovation, strategic investments, and operational excellence.
