Perfect season and ninth consecutive title
The team finished the competition with a perfect record, earning 48 points from 16 consecutive wins and marking its ninth consecutive Youth League championship. Nine clubs participated in the season.
Celebrations and leadership presence
As the final whistle blew, the President of the Handball Federation, His Excellency Engineer Saud Ibrahim Saleh, accompanied by His Excellency Mohammed Saleh Al Ali, Board Member of Sharjah Club and Head of Team Sports; Ali Al Marzouqi, Vice President of Team Sports at Sharjah Club; Jassim Mohammed, Member of Team Sports and Sharjah Handball Supervisor; and Bader Al Hammadi, Youth Teams Supervisor at the club, celebrated the victory.
Success across age groups
Jassim Mohammed, Sharjah Club Handball Supervisor, highlighted the club’s achievements across all youth teams. The Under-14 (A) and Under-16 (B) teams secured league title and runner-up positions, while the Under-12 competition continues between Sharjah (A) and (B) teams. The Under-16 team is also close to winning the league.
Senior team achievements and club legacy
Sharjah’s senior handball team has already achieved a treble of domestic titles this season, winning the postponed National Cup, the UAE Super Cup, and the inaugural UAE Handball Federation Cup. Mohammed emphasised that the club’s sustained success comes from strong administrative and technical support, the Sharjah Club Board of Directors, and the Sharjah Sports Council, ensuring the preservation of the club’s handball legacy.
