Al Dhaid and Fili festivals wrap up with big prizes

Organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the festivals ran for 35 days and featured grand prize draws for two SUVs and numerous other prizes for visitors and participants, contributing to increased economic activity in the region.

The curtain fell on the Al Dhaid Nights Festival at Souq Sharia't and the Heritage Souq in Al Dhaid after 35 days of cultural, heritage, and entertainment activities. The event attracted visitors from across the region and achieved notable success in boosting economic activity in the Central Region.

Grand prize draw highlights closing day

Al-Awadi noted that the final day featured a vibrant and festive atmosphere, with winners of various valuable prizes—both cash and in-kind—announced in appreciation of public participation. The highlight was the grand prize draw for a four-wheel-drive vehicle, with the winner receiving widespread congratulations.

In a statement to Sharjah 24, Al-Awadi emphasised that the festival ran for 35 consecutive days, offering a wide range of activities catering to all age groups.
