Al Zarooni revealed, in statements to Sharjah 24, that the project enjoys a strategic location near the Khorfakkan Amphitheatre and waterfall, as well as close to Al Suhub Rest House. He noted that the resort has been built on land covering approximately 330,000 square feet, while the total built-up area reaches 1.45 million square feet.
He added that the project includes a fully integrated complex comprising a basement, ground floor and two parking levels, in addition to nine residential floors containing 573 units of varying sizes, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom apartments and halls, as well as 16 retail outlets.
He pointed out that the resort offers a comprehensive range of leisure and service facilities, including a gymnasium and a green park spanning 100,000 square feet with outdoor swimming pools, sports and entertainment areas for children, and a jogging track, in addition to a private beach and integrated hotel services, giving residents an experience that combines nature with modern luxury.
The Managing Director of Asas Real Estate explained that the payment plan is highly flexible, with buyers paying 30% of the total property value upon handover, while the remaining amount can be settled over three years. He confirmed that the project offers freehold ownership for all nationalities.
