The launch was announced during a press conference held on Wednesday to reveal the final preparations for ISNR 2026.
The event is organised by ADNEC Group, a Modon company, in association with the UAE Ministry of Interior and in strategic partnership with Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters. Rabdan Academy serves as the official Academic Partner, while Tawazun Council for Defence Enablement is the Strategic Enablement Partner. Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, Inspector General at the Ministry of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Organising Committee for ISNR 2026, announced that the ninth edition will be the largest in the event’s history, highlighting the UAE’s leadership in advancing national security systems and resilience.
He noted that ISNR 2026 coincides with the Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit, reflecting the UAE’s vision to position Abu Dhabi as a global hub for security dialogue and future solutions. The event will feature new initiatives including the AI Security Forum, Code Breaker Hackathon, and Fire Hub, alongside eight core sectors covering homeland security, cybersecurity, commercial security, AI, and critical infrastructure protection.
Humaid Matar Al Dhaheri, Group CEO of ADNEC Group, said ISNR continues to strengthen national readiness and competitiveness, with this edition recording growth across all indicators, including a 19% increase in exhibitors to 253 companies, a 17% rise in exhibition space to 28,000 square metres, and participation from 37 countries.
Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser Al-Kindi of Abu Dhabi Police said participation reflects ongoing efforts to enhance future security readiness through innovative technologies, including AI systems, drones, and smart platforms, aligned with the UAE leadership’s vision for proactive security services.
Brigadier General Dr. Omar Mohammed Al Khayal highlighted the ISNR Fitness Championship, featuring 60 firefighting teams and 46 community teams, promoting physical readiness, teamwork, and discipline across participating entities.
Salem Saeed Al-Saeedi of Rabdan Academy emphasized the Abu Dhabi Global Sustainable Security Summit 2026, which will bring together over 60 speakers from more than 15 countries to discuss AI governance, predictive security, and resilience-building. He also highlighted the “Circles of Resilience” youth platform aimed at empowering the next generation in security and defence sectors.
The ninth edition of ISNR will also see the announcement of multiple agreements and commercial deals, reinforcing its role in supporting national industries, fostering partnerships, and strengthening economic impact.
