In a statement to Sharjah24, Al Mulla explained that the programme reflects NAMA’s strategic direction to design specialised initiatives that enhance women’s participation in the economy. She noted that the programme was carefully structured to align with the rapid changes taking place in the modern labour market.
She added that the programme placed strong emphasis on practical application, enabling participants to develop innovative and implementable project ideas. This approach aimed to strengthen their ability to convert acquired skills into sustainable professional and economic opportunities.
The closing event featured selected participants presenting their startup projects before a specialised judging panel, which evaluated the outcomes developed throughout the training period. Certificates of completion were also awarded, marking the end of the programme and supporting participants’ readiness for the labour market.
