The Chamber introduced a renewed strategic vision aimed at transforming the shopping experience in Sharjah through a unique promotional and entertainment program featuring extensive raffle draws, instant incentives, and innovative experiences.
To broaden the reach of offers across the emirate, the Sharjah Chamber will host dedicated activities for shoppers in the Eastern Region at Souq Al Jubail in Kalba, supporting commercial activity and engagement.
The program will also feature strategic participation in the Dawahi Festival through a joint platform with the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority (SCTDA). This platform will include interactive workshops, competitions, prizes, and the appearance of the signature character “Shamsa,” enhancing the family-friendly environment and strengthening consumer engagement.
His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of SCCI, highlighted that enhancing the Sharjah Shopping Promotions with interactive events aligns with evolving market needs and reinforces Sharjah’s position as an innovative shopping destination. He noted that a non-traditional approach this year will allow shoppers to engage in entertainment experiences with instant rewards, enriching the visitor experience and boosting customer satisfaction.
Jamal Bouzanjal, General Coordinator of Sharjah Shopping Promotions, explained that the Chamber has implemented an integrated marketing and media strategy. This includes television, radio, outdoor advertising campaigns across strategic locations, and collaborations with influencers and content creators providing live coverage. The promotions also feature a major raffle with valuable cash prizes for lucky winners.
The highlight of this year’s Sharjah Shopping Promotions will be the “Wall of Lockers,” a large-scale interactive attraction touring five major shopping centers in the emirate. Shoppers can unlock compartments in a giant locker to win high-value prizes, including advanced smart devices, shopping vouchers, and cash incentives.
