Sharjah24: The Medical Unit of Dibba Al Hisn Cultural and Sports Club convened an expanded meeting chaired by Dr Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawaa, Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors. The meeting was attended by Mohammed Khalifa Al Nuaimi, Executive Director, and included participation from the medical team.

The meeting reviewed and discussed 4,667 treatment cases supervised by the medical team from 1 January 2025 to 8 December 2025, as part of a comprehensive follow-up of approved healthcare mechanisms and efforts to ensure the provision of the highest quality medical services to beneficiaries.

Medical Services and Care Mechanisms The meeting included a detailed presentation on the number of treatment cases, the types of services provided, and the approved medical follow-up procedures, reflecting the efficiency of the club’s healthcare system, its commitment to rapid response, and the provision of appropriate care in line with the highest professional standards.

Free treatment sessions for senior citizens

Participants also discussed the free treatment sessions dedicated to senior citizens, reaffirming the club’s commitment to continuing these services regularly and at a high standard. This aligns with Dibba Al Hisn Club’s community role and its efforts to promote quality of healthy living and support different segments of society.

Sports injuries and player safety

Dr Al Mutawaa reviewed with the medical staff the injuries sustained by the club’s players, along with the treatment and rehabilitation plans for each case. He also emphasised the importance of adhering to health, safety, and injury prevention procedures both on and off the field to ensure player safety, maintain performance, and enhance the physical readiness of the club’s various sports teams.
