The platform integrates the services of the courts, the Judicial Department, and the Public Prosecution into a single, integrated digital framework. This step forms part of the Council’s efforts to accelerate digital transformation in the judicial sector and to provide safe, modern, and user-friendly access to judicial and legal services.
The new platform reflects the Council’s vision of a judicial system built on efficiency, transparency, and ease of access. It enables individuals and institutions to complete judicial and legal procedures remotely, without the need to visit judicial entities in person. This approach improves the customer experience, shortens processing times, and enhances the overall efficiency of judicial operations.
In its initial phase, the platform provides a range of specialised digital services. These include digital court services covering civil, commercial, labour, personal status, and execution cases, as well as Public Prosecution services for the management and follow-up of criminal cases. The platform also offers Notary Public services for notarisation, acknowledgements, and powers of attorney, and documentation services for individuals and institutions across various legal transactions.
The Council confirmed that the current launch marks the first stage of a broader development plan. Work will continue over the coming period to expand the scope of services and introduce new digital packages, including the gradual integration of artificial intelligence–supported services. These enhancements aim to deliver a more advanced, efficient, and globally aligned digital judicial experience.
Sheikh Faisal bin Ali Al Mualla, Secretary-General of the Sharjah Judicial Council, said the platform will accelerate procedures, save time and effort for litigants and users, and enhance the quality of judicial services. He added that the launch aligns with Sharjah’s strategic direction towards a fully integrated digital justice system that supports the concept of digital justice and ensures easy access to judicial and legal services.
