Sharjah 24 – WAM: The Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation has completed the preparation of relief packages for the Saqr Humanitarian Ship, under the supervision of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, in cooperation with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.

Preparation carried out at Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre

The relief packages were prepared at the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre (Expo) as part of arrangements to load the aid onto the ship, ahead of its planned departure to El Arish Port in Egypt to support the people of the Gaza Strip.

Relief packages include essential humanitarian aid

The packages contain food supplies, health items, shelter materials and medical supplies, forming part of a total cargo of around 4,000 tonnes of humanitarian assistance.

Supporting vulnerable groups in Gaza

This initiative is part of the UAE’s humanitarian framework aimed at alleviating the suffering of civilians in Gaza, especially children, women, and the elderly.

Volunteer participation reflects social solidarity

Volunteers from across UAE society, including citizens and residents, contributed to the preparation, demonstrating the country’s spirit of humanitarian cohesion and social solidarity.
