Saqr Humanitarian Ship prepares 4,000 tonnes of aid for Gaza

Sharjah 24 – WAM: In implementation of the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, the Saqr Humanitarian Ship has begun preparing relief parcels at the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre.

Supervision and coordination

The preparations are carried out under the supervision of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation, in cooperation with Operation Chivalrous Knight 3.

Aid packages and cargo details

The relief parcels include food supplies, health items, shelter materials, and medical supplies, totaling approximately 4,000 tonnes. The aid will be loaded onto the ship before its departure to El Arish Port in Egypt to support the people of the Gaza Strip.

Volunteer participation and social solidarity

Volunteers from across society, including citizens and residents, actively contributed to packing and assembling the parcels. Their participation reflects the UAE’s spirit of humanitarian cohesion and social solidarity.

UAE humanitarian commitment

This initiative reflects the UAE’s sustained efforts to support Palestinian civilians under difficult conditions, particularly children, women, and the elderly, and embodies the leadership’s commitment to humanitarian values.
