50% Sharjah govt. discount boosts property market at ACRES 2026

Sharjah 24: Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), revealed that the Emirate of Sharjah witnessed the opening of the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2026), held in the presence of Sheikh Dr Salem bin Abdulrahman Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Ruler’s Office, with broad participation from 120 exhibitors.

Strong optimism and new projects

In statements to “Sharjah 24,” Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi expressed his optimism about strong visitor turnout and increased sales during the exhibition period, stressing that this edition features the launch of new real estate projects being showcased for the first time.

Government support as a key incentive

Al Suwaidi pointed out that government support, represented by a 50% discount on purchases during the exhibition days and offered by the Government of Sharjah, is a key incentive that will stimulate sales activity and give fresh momentum to the real estate sector.
