SEDD holds focus group session for investors

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) organised a focus group session with investors as part of its efforts to develop the services offered to the business community. The session brought together investors to share their views and experiences with the department’s services.

Challenges and opportunities

The session aimed to review the challenges and opportunities related to the investor journey. It also provided a chance for direct communication with private-sector partners. The discussions focused on improving service efficiency, quality, and flexibility to meet the needs of investors.

Investors’ feedback

Dr Ahmed Al Ali, Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and Performance at SEDD, said the session was part of the department’s approach of involving investors as partners in improving services. He clarified that the department would use the feedback to implement tangible enhancements and establish robust partnerships that boost economic growth.
