Al Kaabi explained that the platform aims to centralise all judicial services in one place, significantly reducing procedural steps, shortening processing times and making it easier for users to access services. He noted that the initiative is designed to increase customer satisfaction by minimising the time and effort required to complete transactions.
The Chairman revealed that additional advanced services will soon be introduced, including an AI-powered “virtual translator” for users of different nationalities and a “preventive family justice” service. These additions, he said, represent a qualitative shift in Sharjah’s judicial system by accelerating procedures and enhancing overall efficiency.
The launch aligns with Sharjah’s strategic vision of a smart and sustainable future, reinforcing principles of swift justice, transparency and digital excellence. The platform strengthens Sharjah’s leadership in judicial and administrative innovation and offers a model for leveraging technology to improve quality of life for individuals and businesses alike.
