Sharjah 24: Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Head of the Sharjah Judicial Department, has announced the initiation of the second session of the Judicial Control Program at the Sharjah Institute for Judicial Sciences. This program is designed to accommodate 120 trainees from eight government entities within the emirate, with the objective of enhancing their legal competence in preparation for the designation of "Judicial Control Officer," as stipulated by the Sharjah Judicial Authority Law.

In a statement to “Sharjah 24,” Al Kaabi clarified that the law governs the granting of this title to government employees through a decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Judicial Council, following a memorandum from the Attorney General. This designation empowers the individuals to conduct investigations into crimes within their designated jurisdictions.

The Head of the Sharjah Judicial Department emphasized the importance of upholding legal principles, integrity, competence, and honesty in the execution of their responsibilities among course graduates.
