Sharjah Judicial Dept holds induction forum for seconded judges

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Judicial Department organised a judicial induction forum for judges seconded from the Arab Republic of Egypt to serve in the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah. The forum was held on Monday morning at the Sharjah Judicial Sciences Institute as part of efforts to support judicial integration and ensure effective performance within the emirate’s legal system.

The forum was delivered by His Excellency Dr Mansour bin Nassar, Chairman of the Legal Department of Sharjah, in the presence of members of the Sharjah Judicial Council. During the session, Dr Bin Nassar conveyed the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council. He also extended their best wishes for success to the seconded judges in their judicial duties.

Dr Bin Nassar explained that the forum addressed several key topics to familiarise judges with the core laws and judicial procedures applied in Sharjah, thereby contributing to smoother integration and effective work within courts and public prosecution offices.
