SDD showcases projects at Digital Integration Forum

Sharjah 24: Engineer Muzoun Al Nuaimi, Director of the Data and Artificial Intelligence Department at Sharjah Digital Department (SDD), announced that the department is organising the "Sharjah Digital Integration Forum" under the theme "Together We Shape Our Digital Future." The forum aims to unify visions among government entities in the Emirate, enhance digital integration, and exchange initiatives and best practices.

Four main pillars

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Al Nuaimi explained that the forum showcased the strategic projects for 2026, which focus on four main pillars: digital services, cybersecurity, data and artificial intelligence, and unified infrastructure.

Al Nuaimi added that these projects are part of the department's strategy to enhance the digital readiness of government entities and transition them towards an integrated and flexible operating model.

She noted that the digital services pillar focuses on improving customer experience through unified channels, while the cybersecurity pillar aims to raise the level of protection for government systems and data. In the field of data and artificial intelligence, the department is working to enable entities to utilise advanced analytics and smart operating technologies, in addition to developing a flexible digital infrastructure that supports the expansion of future services.
