Sharjah24/WAM: The United Arab Emirates has strongly condemned the attack on the home of Nechirvan Barzani, President of Iraq’s Kurdistan Region, in Duhok Governorate, expressing regret over this criminal act.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed full solidarity with President Barzani and his family, as well as with the Iraqi government and the Kurdistan Regional Government. The statement denounced the violent act and reiterated the UAE’s firm rejection of all forms of violence that threaten security and stability.
