SIH highlights role of Family in crisis and disaster management

Gabesh noted that the session, held in line with the Year of Family 2026, brought together specialists, academics, and heritage researchers to discuss the differences between past and present crises and disasters, and how various societies managed them.

In statements to Sharjah 24, Gabesh added that the session featured speeches by Dr Hamad bin Saray, Dr Adel Kasadi, Saeed Al Tunaiji, Moza Sofian, and Fatima Al Mughni. The event witnessed strong attendance, including guests from Al Asala Club, the Retirees Association, and many employees of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage.
