13 projects in SIH initiative supporting productive families

Sharjah 24: Aisha Obaid Ghabesh, Director of Events and Activities at the Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH), explained that the Institute is organising the “Our Families Are Productive” initiative over two days, Wednesday and Thursday.

Supporting families and preserving heritage crafts

She stated that 13 productive families are participating in the “Our Families Are Productive” initiative, offering a variety of products to visitors. The initiative comes within the Institute’s community programmes, aimed at supporting and empowering productive families and enhancing the role of the family in preserving traditional crafts and heritage products.

She added, in statements to “Sharjah 24”, that the initiative runs on Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Institute’s headquarters, noting that it has attracted significant turnout from employees of the SIH and visitors.
