Sharjah24: Abdulhamid Al Yasi, Deputy Director of Sharjah Youth, announced that Sharjah Youth has begun welcoming members in person at its eight centres across the emirate as part of the Spring 2026 Programme, which offers a wide range of activities and initiatives.

Sharjah Youth, an affiliate of the Rub' Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators under the Sharjah Supreme Council for Family Affairs, offers a wide range of cultural, artistic, and sporting activities, as well as in-person and virtual competitions.

Supporting talent development

Al Yasi noted that the programme aims to attract the largest number of participants across the eight centres, offering young people opportunities to develop their talents under the supervision of specialised trainers.

Focus on key skill areas

The Spring Programme comprises multiple tracks, including life skills, sports, science and technology, literature, languages, and the arts, offering a comprehensive environment for participants' development.

Practical learning experiences

Among the most prominent initiatives is the “My Profession” programme, part of the Quarter Century life skills track. It runs for six consecutive days and provides practical experience in designing and producing garden chairs to high standards of safety and quality.
