Sharjah24: Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, condemned the aggressive and terrorist Iranian attacks targeting the United Arab Emirates with ballistic missiles and drones, stressing that these acts represent a dangerous escalation and a blatant violation of international law, the United Nations Charter, and the principles of good neighbourliness. He added that the attacks also pose a direct threat to Arab national security.
Warning against regional destabilisation

In a statement issued today, Al Yamahi said the Iranian regime’s continued repetition of such barbaric attacks once again confirms its hostile approach and insistence on fuelling chaos, undermining the region’s security and stability, and threatening regional and international peace and security.

Full support for the UAE

Al Yamahi stressed that the Arab Parliament stands firmly and decisively with the UAE in all measures and actions it takes to defend its security, sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the safety of its citizens and residents. He affirmed that the security of the UAE is an inseparable part of Arab national security.

Call for international action

The Speaker of the Arab Parliament called on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to assume their legal and moral responsibilities and take an immediate and deterrent stance against these terrorist attacks to ensure an end to repeated Iranian violations. He stressed that no tolerance or leniency can be shown towards any threat to the security of the UAE and Arab countries under any circumstances.
