Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park hosted “Innovate in Sharjah Forum "at its headquarters that was attended by a large number of representatives from the country's diplomatic and consular missions, as well as a crowd of public and private sector representatives, including businessmen and investors. Representatives from the country's diplomatic and consular missions were briefed on the Park's accomplishments since its inception, as well as its objectives for the current year 2021.
The purpose of this event has been to enhance the Emirate of Sharjah's position as a global destination for knowledge investment in the region, as well as to promote economic and investment partnerships in many disciplines of research and development. A number of investors and entrepreneurs from emerging enterprises that used the Park to launch their ideas presented a number of unique projects offering revolutionary technologies that model future scenarios.
Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Emirate of Sharjah's Department of Government Relations, Hussain Al Mahmoudi, CEO of the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Marwan Jassim Al Sarkal Executive Chairman of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority Shurooq, a number of ambassadors, consuls, commercial attachés, and a crowd of media were among those in attendance.
Sheikh Fahim Al Qasimi opened the meeting by reviewing the most important projects and achievements in the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as the excellent facilities and components that the Emirate offers investors.
