Sultan bin Ahmed honors winners of 18 and 19 Sharjah Ph.D. Award

After that, Dr. Hamid Majul Al Nuaimi, Chancellor of UoS, gave a speech in which he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi for attending and honouring a number of researchers in the Arab World, noting that the award enhances the regional and global presence of the University.

In his speech, the chancellor addressed the process and objectives of the award since it was launched. The applicants have reached 47 researchers out of 1,242, 239 of whom were in finance and 952 in administrative sciences.
At the end of the ceremony, Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi honored the award winners and sponsors.

The 18th edition’s winners in Administrative Sciences were Dr. Farid Mahmoud Al Amiri (United Arab Emirates) in first place, Dr. Mohammed bin Hamdan Al E’nizi (Saudi Arabia) in second place, and Dr. Hassan Suhail Gharra (Syria) ranked third.
In the financial sciences category, Dr. Ahmed Hani Hammoud Al Damour (Jordan) won first place, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Ali Al Jabr (Saudi Arabia) won second place, and Dr. Hamad Salmin Saeed bin Al Zou’a (Yemen) won the third place.
In the 19th edition, the winners in administrative sciences first place in the category were Dr. Mohammad Hani Ghaith (Egypt) first place, Dr. Ahmed Adnan Zaid (Palestine) second place, and Dr. Alaa Mishaan Obaid (Iraq) third place.
Furthermore, the winners in the financial sciences category were Dr. Amina Mohammad Ali Bu Alai (Bahrain), Dr. Reem Abdel Fattah Khamis (Palestine) second place, and Dr. Badr bin Juwaid Al Subaie (Saudi Arabia) third place.
