Sharjah24: Christine Kim, a Music therapist in Ewha Womans University (EWU) in Korea, sparked light on Music therapy during her participating in the workshop of Al Warraqin Used Book Festival by saying :” Today we are showing you what music therapy is by performing some kind of music therapy sessions on the stage including social related activities and physical related activities that we usually do in the sessions”.
Christine Kim stated in exclusive statements to Sharjah24 that the Ewha Womans University (EWU) and Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS) are working together for 10 years or even more than that to help disabled people who need healing with music.
At the end of her speech, she hoped that everyone enjoyed watching the performance and understood what music therapy is and how it worked to help people with special needs.
