Sharjah 24: Ali Ahmed Al Raisi, Head of Customer Service at Sharjah International Airport, extended his warmest congratulations to the wise leadership, the people of the UAE, and residents on the occasion of Eid Al Adha. He emphasised that Sharjah Airport is committed to providing the best services and facilities for pilgrims to the Sacred Mosque annually, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey from their arrival at the airport until their departure to the Holy Land.

Providing best services and facilities

Speaking exclusively to Sharjah24, Al Raisi said that Sharjah Airport is committed to providing the best services and facilities for pilgrims to the Holy House of God annually, ensuring a comfortable and safe journey from their arrival at the airport until their departure to the Holy Land.

Al Raisi added: “We are working in full coordination with various strategic partners and stakeholders to provide a comprehensive travel experience for pilgrims, by facilitating travel procedures, providing logistical support and assistance services, and dedicating teams to welcome them and answer their inquiries, reflecting the values of Emirati hospitality and our commitment to the comfort of the guests of God.”

Al Raisi noted that Sharjah Airport also provides dedicated rest areas for pilgrims, smart gates to expedite procedures, as well as offering necessary guidance, souvenirs, and traditional Arabian hospitality, wishing the pilgrims a blessed Hajj and a safe return home.
