Sharjah 24: Al Hamriyah Municipality organised an awareness lecture on prevention from the dangers of meat, which targeted housewives in Al Hamriyah, as part of a series of lectures and workshops held by the municipality represented by the Public Health Department.
This comes within the framework of the community partnership that brings together Al Hamriyah Municipality with the Sharjah Social Services Department, Al Hamriyah Branch.
Al Hamriyah Municipality specialists from the Public Health Department of the national cadres who were recently appointed, according to the directives and visions of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, presented health and educational advice and information regarding how to safely deal with food and proper preservation methods.
In the lecture, which was held in the building of the Sharjah Social Services Department, Al Hamriyah Branch, many educational messages were presented regarding the requirements for preparing and transporting products, and safe methods of storage and appropriate temperatures for each of the items that include meat of all kinds and vegetables, coinciding with the approaching Eid Al Adha.
