Al Mahmoud visits SEDD Branches

Sharjah24: His Excellency Hamad Ali Abdalla Al Mahmoud, Chairman of Sharjah Economic Development Department “SEDD”, and His Excellency Fahad Ahmed Al Khamiri, SEDD Director, paid a visit to the Department’s Branches that are distributed in various cities and regions of the emirate with the presence of several managers and officials. This visit aimed at inspecting the work progress, enhancing effective communication between the Department and customers, and looking into employees’ opinions and comments with the aim to ensure the provision of the finest services as well as a sustainable investment environment that enhances economic development.

During the tour, His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were given a review about the progress of work in SEDD Branches and the most prominent efforts and services provided to investors, consumers and economic establishments. Likely, HE met with the heads of the branches and their employees and discussed ways to develop services in a way that ensures the growth, prosperity and sustainability of the economic situation in these areas.

Additionally, All SEDD Branches work to provide their services in one place, which facilitates the completion of transactions for the public, whether by visiting one of the Branches or through the advanced digital services package on SEDD’s smart application or via the website www.sedd.ae. Also, SEDD clients can complete their transactions through the service centers contracted with the Department.

It should be noted that these visits come within the inspection tours plans carried out by HE to all the Branches spread across the cities and regions of the emirate, with the aim of being directly present at work sites and holding periodic meetings with employees from all departments and organizational unit. This falls within the belief in the importance of attaining development in all cities and regions of the emirate, which is being implemented in accordance with the vision of HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and with the pursuit of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Executive Council, and in line with the development projects that are being launched successively in these regions, which have contributed to facilitating and accelerating the movement of transportation, and enhancing the volume of investments in various business sectors.

Furthermore, His Excellency SEDD Chairman praised the efforts made by all branch employees, emphasizing on their concerns to develop performance in all administrative and technical aspects, and to provide appropriate places to receive customers and complete their procedures as quickly as possible. Likely, HE stressed on the great value of these cities and regions because of their environmental, social and economic wealth, that plays a crucial role in attaining the comprehensive economic development in Sharjah.
