Sharjah 24: His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Judicial Council, presided over a ceremony honouring the strategic partners of Sharjah's judicial system, held as part of the Partners Forum 2026 at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park. Judge Dr Mohammed Obaid Al Kaabi, Chairman of the Sharjah Judicial Department, said the recognition was a tribute to the partners' invaluable contributions and the pivotal role they have played in supporting the achievements of the judicial system and advancing the quality of its services.

A foundation built on partnership

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, Dr Al Kaabi said the honouring of strategic partners reflects genuine appreciation for the effective collaboration that has helped drive a series of meaningful accomplishments within the judicial system over recent years.

"These partnerships are not incidental — they are a cornerstone of our continued progress," he said. "They allow us to develop judicial and legal services in close coordination with institutions across Sharjah and the wider UAE."

Technology and the Future of Justice

Dr Al Kaabi stressed that the next few years will be marked by a commitment to what he called "judicial foresight." This means fully using new technologies to maintain high standards and get the judicial system ready for the future.

He stressed that the coming phase demands a higher level of institutional integration and a sharper focus on quality-driven efforts, all in service of maintaining the judicial system's position at the forefront of the region.

"Everything we do is ultimately in service of people," Dr Al Kaabi said. "That is the constant — to serve the individual and uphold the standing of this nation."
