Dibba Al Hisn Municipal Council reviews 54th Eid Al Etihad prep.

The session started with the approval of the previous minutes (No. 3/2025), then reviewed key achievements and projects completed recently, and issued directives to the Secretariat to follow up on implementing the meeting’s recommendations.

Final preparations for the 54th Eid Al Etihad celebrations

The Council reviewed the latest preparations, programmes, and activities planned for the 54th Eid Al Etihad celebrations, scheduled for Saturday, 22 November 2025. The public was invited to attend and enjoy the walking parade, traditional performances, and accompanying shows organised for this cherished national occasion.

Reviewing correspondence and legislative procedures

Members discussed the key correspondence received and directed relevant departments within the council and municipality to take the necessary actions in accordance with legal and procedural frameworks.

Committee reports and operational updates

The Council reviewed reports and minutes from its key committees, including the Committee on Violations, Health Services and Environmental Protection, examining updated procedures and application mechanisms implemented by the municipality. It also examined the minutes of the Arbitration Committee on contractor disputes, complaints and suggestions, as well as the minutes of the Land Allocation Committee and its recommendations.

The meeting supports the Council’s ongoing efforts to improve service quality, closely oversee municipal projects, and promote the development of Dibba Al Hisn, ensuring it continues to meet residents’ aspirations and enhances overall quality of life.
