HFZA and SAIF Zone celebrate UAE's 54th Eid Al Etihad

Sharjah 24: The Hamriyah Free Zone Authority (HFZA) and the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority (SAIF Zone) organized a special ceremony to mark the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad, grounded in national values and in commitment to honoring the legacy of the Union and the principles laid down by the Founding Fathers.

The celebration was attended by Saud Salim Al Mazrouei, Director of HFZA and SAIF Zone, together with department heads and staff members. The gathering reflected strong national solidarity and reaffirmed loyalty to the wise leadership and continued commitment to the values of the Union.

The ceremony commenced with the national anthem, followed by a traditional “Yowlah” performance and a wide range of cultural, heritage-themed, and national activities. The program highlighted the UAE’s rich cultural heritage and the founding legacy, while reinforcing national pride and confidence in the Union’s pioneering achievements, its civilizational renaissance, and its ongoing progress and sustainable development across all sectors.

A historic occasion

Saud Salim Al Mazrouei extended his sincerest congratulations to the wise leadership on the occasion of the 54th Eid Al Etihad.

“This historic day reflects the UAE’s outstanding development record, established since the founding journey initiated by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and his fellow Founding Fathers, who dedicated their lives to bringing our nation together in pursuit of a noble purpose — the Union,” he said.

Al Mazrouei added the UAE’s wise leadership continues this path with unwavering determination and forward-looking vision, positioning the nation as an inspiring global model of progress, prosperity, and development.

He noted that the Union represents a long-term civilizational renaissance initiative and a sustainable development framework founded on loyalty and national belonging, guided by the wise leadership’s strategic vision.

Al Mazrouei affirmed the continued commitment of the Hamriyah Free Zone Authority and the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority to drive further achievements by delivering a competitive and integrated business ecosystem, enhancing contributions to the national economy, attracting investment, and reinforcing Sharjah and the UAE’s global positioning as leading hubs for business and investment.
